UK company wants to complete type certification in 2026.

Work will be conducted by a consortium that includes the University of Glasgow, the University of Bristol, Cranfield University, and Helitune.

The UK start-up has been put on notice by the New York Stock Exchange that its stock must start trading above $1 to maintain its listing
